Magical Mounts

Magical Mounts are an enhanced Foe that can be fought and killed like a normal Foe, or, through a special challenge process, can be subverted to your will. If this happens, the Magical Mount becomes your steed and confers some beefy powers and enhancements to you.

The Magical Mounts available in this Expansion are: Manticore, Draco Serpentus (a Chinese dragon), and a Draco Maximus (a traditional European dragon)

The process for challenging these wonderful mounts is a long and hard one, involving gaining treasure to buy an expensive potion that allows the special challenge to occur, then finding and besting the Magical Mount.

In fact, it is such a magnificent feat one adventure in this Expansion is won by completing this process!
